Spring scarf

Hello Friends,
Well, I have spent my days sewing for others but the evenings have been my time to catch up on my knitting. I have several knitting projects going at any given time and as I finish one, I pick up another. Eventually, things do get done. My latest finish is a lacy spring scarf/stole that I started a few months back. I posted about it here. Knit in a fingering weight wool, this light airy scarf is perfect for those cool spring evenings. I love the soft green color too!

Here is a close up. Into the Christmas stash it goes.

  3. I can imagine it as a stole, it looks so lacey and delicate. I bet that you had to concentrate when you were kintting that, one wrong stitch and your pattern would be out.
    Very nice work Rumi.

  6. Yes a perfect colour for Spring delicate like the early colours and so pretty. Well done for finishing. I know what you mean I have a few projects on the go but am looking foward to finishing a big one this week and another in a couple of weeks. I love finishing things as it makes way for new things. Autumn to me is a time for new things. I think it's because of the school year system.

  8. It is lovely. Who wouldn't want this! My daughter is using this same stitch to make a shawl. I wish it was for me. I think I need to hint to her more.
